THE HULL IS COMPRISED OF COLD MOLDED WOOD TOPSIDES AND COLD MOLDED MARINEPLYWOOD BOTTOM OVER PERMANENT MARINE PLYWOOD BULKHEADS/FRAMES.
DECK CONSTRUCTION:
THE DECK IS COMPRISED OF AWL GRIP AND 10 OZ FIBERGLASS CLOTH SET IN EPOXY OVER TWO LAYERS OF 7MM (9/32”) OKOUME MARINE PLYWOOD. THE PLYWOOD SKINS ARE TO BE MECHANICALLY FASTENED AND EPOXY BONDED TO LAMINATED WOOD DECK FRAME WITH WEST SYSTEM RESINS. THE UNDERSIDE OF THE PLYWOOD DECK IS TO BE FINISHED WITH AWL GRIPS NOW WHITE. A COMBINATION TOE-RAIL, COVERING BOARD, AND RUB RAIL IS FITTED TO THE PERIMETER OFTHE DECK. A SINGLE FLUSH, WATERTIGHT DECK HATCH IS FITTED IN THE FOREDECK.
